Standard Deluxe gives Waverly its character. These street signs are cool. There’s another around the corner that used to be a Yield sign, but now says “Judge Not” The Waverly area used to be called “Pea Ridge” back in the mid-1800s, so Scott Peek and a few neighbors think it would be fun to start referring to it that way again, or at least their little slice of Waverly. I’m sure Scott will come up with some great t-shirts that will eventually make Pea Ridge well known.
We didn’t decide to go until around 2, so we didn’t get to enjoy it as long as we could’ve.
Still, it was a beautiful day to stroll around, visit the booths and listen to the music.
We saw Auburn Brew Club members Mike M and Rob B, but missed Julie.
We ended up getting together with Julie later to go to a contra-dance in Loachapoaka.
